MiCOM P436 and P438 have a proven track record of providing comprehensive protection and can be used in a wide range of applications. With a user-friendly interface and a large number of communication ports, configuration is simple and flexible, allowing customization according to user requirements.
Four setting groups, simple configuration, comprehensive information query
MiCOM P436 and P438 provide protection of feeders and chain curves in conventional and autotransformer feeder (CT) systems in many applications. These two models are enriched with easy connection to almost all transformer and chain curve network management systems and a wide range of redundant protection and automation functions.
Four independent setting groups with a user-friendly control interface store the protection parameters and enable simple configuration for different operating conditions or alternative feeders. Extensive querying of information is also possible.
MiCOM P436 and P438 also feature InterMiCOM remote protection. Thanks to their modular design, they can be mounted on a rack, panel door or wall surface.
Customization combined with easy integration
The user-friendly MiCOM P436 and P438 are equipped with 1A/5A software settings and two remote communication interfaces, both supported from a single device. They also benefit from the InterMiCOM remote protection interface. Users can customize them according to their own applications. They are very flexible and can easily be integrated into a large number of transformer protection schemes.
